SLS/Customer Satisfaction
Source Language Solutions is dedicated to
providing the highest quality interpreter training possible to meet
the needs of our students. In order to prevent any misunderstanding
in regards to student expectations, we have outlined the following
customer service policy, which will dictate Source Language Solutions'
response to any complaints or concerns regarding our services or
products:

Customers
are expected to read all course and product descriptions prior
to registering or purchasing. Customer dissatisfaction may occur
if a course or product is chosen which is not the proper skill-level
match or does not focus on areas of needed development. By registering
for a seminar or purchasing a product, SLS assumes all customers
have read and understood the course and product descriptions. |

Seminar
registration fees will be refunded due to cancellation up to
two weeks prior to the first day of the seminar. A $25 administrative
fee will be deducted. Cancellations without two weeks notification
will not result in a refund. |

If a
customer is dissatisfied with a seminar, s/he should submit
specific comments in writing to Source Language Solutions. These
comments will be reviewed by staff and faculty. Appropriate
action will be taken on a case by case basis. |

SLS
will replace any faulty materials purchased at no charge; however,
it will not refund any materials due to the ability of customers
to easily reproduce them. |
